Established in 1994 as one of the first companies operating in the fields on evaluation and financial consulting in the country. ELIT LTD - Skopje is still active in the area of audit, evaluation and financial consulting, with high quality service for it's clients lasting more that 20 years in Macedonia. 

The Company has been involved in implementing the Law on restructuring of enterprises. Also the preparations for the start of the restructuring process in the transformation of companies with state capital.

In cooperation with UNIDO - Wien, the Company performed numerous evaluation of investment projects, also the creditworthiness of Macedonian companies and many business plans in accordance with the methodology of The Agency for Transformation of Enterprises with Social Capital of the Republic of Macedonia. 

In 1998 the Company continues to come at the forefront of the financial services industry in Macedonia by obtaining one of the first licences for Auditing in the Republic of Macedonia, according to the Audit Law passed in 1997.
